The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to the provision of goods and services by Twisted Pixels, herein referred to as "we" "us" and "our", to the customer, referred to herein as "you" and "your".

Wedding Photography

A deposit is required to secure a booking for our wedding photography services.

The deposit must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The client may cancel the booking at any time by giving written notice to Twisted Pixels (by email or regular post) but in doing so shall forfeit the booking deposit or 50% of the agreed fee, whichever is the greater.

The deposit must be 30% of the agreed booked service cost or the fixed minimum deposit for the service, whichever is the greater. The fixed minimum deposits for Twisted Pixels' Photography services are €200 in the case of a "One Camera Shoot" or €250 in the case of a "Two Camera Shoot".

The balance of the agreed fee must be paid on or before the date booked and may be paid in instalments or as a single amount.

We will do our best to accommodate photographing anything or anyone you like on the day booked, however, you should try to consider in advance any special shots of groups, individuals or events that you might like and inform us of these requirements as early as possible to assist us in capturing everything that you require.

We always do our best to be accommodating with regards to time and we are not likely to pack up and run off at the end of the time booked and allocated. However, please note that additional charges may be incurred with time over-runs and you should be aware of this when planning your day. We will attempt to alert you of potential over-runs in advance.

The products and services you receive will be that agreed at the time of booking unless an amended package is agreed by both you and us at a later date. Additional products and or services will incur additional fees.

Payments may be made by cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer. We will also accept payment by PayPal (including credit card payments) if you require, but please be aware that this will incur an additional charge of 3% of the invoiced amount to cover the cost of the PayPal service.

 

Commercial and Event Photography

We operate Commercial and Event Photography services on a fixed hourly rate calculated on the basis of our start and finish times, unless otherwise agreed by both you and us.

Our start time is defined as the point where we and our equipment are ready to photograph and our finish time is defined as when we inform you that we have completed shooting.

Please note that delays beyond our control that prevent us from shooting (for example, but not limited to, any extra time that you require for preparation) may incur additional charges.

We may apply an additional charge in respect of travel to your location, however this will be made clear in advance if you provide clear information on the location required for the photo-shoot.

Our payment terms normally require payment within fourteen days of the date of invoicing.

Payments may be made by cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer. We will also accept payment by PayPal (including credit card payments) if you require, but please be aware that this will incur an additional charge of 3% of the invoiced amount to cover the cost of the PayPal service.

 

Portrait Photography

A deposit is required to secure a booking for our portraiture photography services.

This deposit must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable if cancellation of the booking occurs thirty days or less prior to the date booked.

The deposit must be 30% of the agreed booked service cost or the fixed minimum deposit for the service, whichever is the greater. The fixed minimum deposit for Twisted Pixels' Portrait Photography services €40.

The balance of the agreed fee must be paid on or before the date booked and may be paid in instalments or as a single amount.

We will do our best to accommodate photographing anything or anyone you like on the day booked, however, you should try to consider in advance any special shots or poses that you might like and inform us of these requirements as early as possible to assist us in capturing everything that you require.
